[Chameleon] No map in JSAPI and Safari,Opera,netscape 6.2.3

Hi all,
We're testing our application and are finding that no map shows up when
we test our CWC2 JSAPI application in Safari 1.3.1, Opera 8.51 and older
netscape 6.2.3.

Has anybody experienced this? Anybody know of a fix?

Thought I would just ask before our developer spends a lot of time
tracking this down.
