[Chameleon] show bearing line in map

Dear list
I want to show migration route of bird in maps  that
used in my chameleon application , i desire show these
route and calculate distance according Geodesic curves
and Geographic Coordinates (you can see pdf file that
described my idea in download able zip file from ESRI
website in this link

How i can show route in maps that used with  chameleon
application ?
