[Chameleon] FGS problems

Could it be a uppercase/lowercase issue when moving from windows to 
linux?  I know that linux requires the epsg prefix in the PROJECTION 
object in the mapfile to be lowercase ("init=epsg:42304"), and if you 
have an uppercase EPSG you get that error.
Maybe your mapfile has an uppercase epsg???
