[Chameleon] query - clicking right on a point

[Pagurek,Debbie [NCR]]

I'm having a problem with my query widget - it seems I have to click
EXACTLY on a point in order to get a proper query result to pop up
otherwise I get " The layers did not return any results. "
 
I tried setting tolerance and toleranceunits - would that make a
difference? Seems to work best if I'm zoomed in close to the points, but
when I'm at full extent, I'm getting a lot of NO results.
