Try to use Internet Explorer to get to the source of the broken image (right mouse menu) and copy and paste the source into a new browser window. This will give you more error messages, probably from Mapserver.

Hello

I am using chameleon 2.2 and I have a problem when viewing my data. When 
I zoom in over a certain scale chameleon can't show the data anymore. On 
the map there is a symbol of a broken image link.
I experience this problem with any data, even the samples. But the 
minimum scale is not the same with every map file I'm using. It is not 
the same everywhere on a map, it seems to be a little random.

Can anbody help me with this problem?
