[Chameleon] make the chameleon directory inaccessible to users

hi all.
  i'm planning to deploy a chameleon mapserver application on the web. however, i found out that it is not fully secured. for instance, users can get access to the main chameleon directory.. what code should be added (and wehere) in such a way that users can have access only on the main application and not on the chameleon files?
