[Chameleon] Chameleon 2.4 release date

Hi,

I wanted to fix a few bugs before doing a release. But my work on 
Chameleon got bumped until now by several other projects. So there's no 
date yet, but I guess we can aim for two weeks from now for the first 
beta. Is it ok with you? You have some bugs assign to yourself. :)
