Yes, it is called LocateByAttribute widget and it can be found in the CVS.

I am attempting to locate some code that was mention in the postings last
year.

The code or widget is used to search attributes in the shapefiles and then
offers a zoom to option in the results.

I believe someone by the name of Jacob was working on it.

So if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.
