[Chameleon] Legend Layer - Popup window Queries

Paul,

it *should* be, but you would need to replace all the mapscript  
binaries with ones built against php 5.  Also, we have not really  
tested chameleon against php 5 but I do know that some folks have got  
it working without trouble.
