Thanks for helping! I have the sample application up and running and now
understand the meaning of "/absolute/or/relative..."!

does it really say /absolute/or/relative/path/to/htdocs/chameleon.php?
If yes, you need to change this to /ms4w/apps/chameleon/htdocs/
chameleon.php
