[Chameleon] Query Results - remove index fields from pop-up

Hi everyone,

I'd like to remove SHAPE_INDEX, TILE_INDEX and LAYER_INDEX from the
query results popup, and from my understanding (reading an earlier
message trail), I believe I can do this by editing QueryResults.phtml.
However, I am using version 2.0, and it is not clear to me what code I
should add, and where I should add it.

I'd appreciate any help. (I'm fairly new to php)
