[Chameleon] Extract Function

Hi,
Others can correct me if I'm wrong.

If you check the ROI sample in Chameleon, there's an ExpressionBuilder 
widget. This widget allow you to control what is extract from a layer. 
This also work with the ROI tools (Region Of Interest).
