Hi Bart:

            Thanks for your help. Is this "set("group","mygroupname")
function defined in Mapserver?

            I am asking because I need to add the wms_abstract,
wms_metadataurl_href and other Metadata into layer definition. But I
can't find the source code for them. Could you please point me to the
right place where I can find the source code?

Thanks.

Matt He

If I understand you correctly, it should just be:

$oLayer->set("group", "mygroupname");

	I am trying to change the Layer Group Name in layer object, but
I am not sure whether this is doable.

	Is there a function like $oLayer->setGroupName("Group Name") in
layer object definition?

	Thanks.

	Matt
