[Chameleon] Change mouse icon for navigation functionality

Are these the only ones, or are there also cursortype available for other navigation functionalities like zoom and identify?

* crosshair
* pointer
* move
* wait
* text
* help

	Yes this is possible, use the widget attribute called CURSORTYPE.
