[Chameleon] compress Chameleon javascript

[Gambin Dejan]

It never comes to gecjs.php...I have put error_log statement in
UIManager.php for $szJSInclude and the log says:

...etc for each other .js file (why cwcjsapi is listed twice?)

Is it OK? For the old UIManager.php it is like:

Maybe the src parameter is invalid?
