[Chameleon] LocatebyAttribute Widget

Hi all, I'm  trying to use locatebyattribute widget but I have this 
error message "cannot open shapefile (tried slashes and backslashes) :"

I'm running chameleon on FC5 with PHP5.1.2 and Mapserver 4.10, this is 
my vector layer in .map file
