[Chameleon] Chameleon Nested Legend

Hi,
1) The LegendTemplate widget and the UpdateMap widget are separeted. You 
can put them everywhere in the template.
2) To create a legend like that, you can simply modify the 
LegendTemplate you can find in the Chameleon samples. They are a good 
starting point. If you check the legend template documentation:
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/howto/html_legend

You will see that you can simply add a [leg_class_html] with few [if] 
blocks to do what you want.
