[Chameleon] Please help

My chameleon map file has a layer from JPL. It worked fine before. But
after I upgraded to ms4w_2.2.2 and Chameleon_ms4w-2.4.1-20060906, this
layer never showed up. I checked it using WMSBrowser widget, it did show
up in the widget browser window. 

 

This layer also didn't show up in Chameleon samples viewers (e.g.
sample_ogc.phtml)

 

Does anyone know what was wrong?
