[Chameleon] Drawing points with latitude and longitude - Please help me

Hello,

I'm am using the chameleon sample map on my own own computer using ms4w.

All I want to do is add data points to the map from a text file.

Is this possible without creating widgets etc?

I have found no documentation on just adding basic points to a map.
