[Chameleon] Smooth panning

Thanks Bart, now it is clear enough.  Do you maybe have a sample html
file with the new widgets definitions in it (MapOpenLayers,
KeyMapOpenLayers, OpenLayersMouseToolbar, OpenLayersPanZoombar,
OpenLayersScalebar)? Can you send me one or tell me if I can download it
from somewhere?
