[Chameleon] Smooth panning

Thanks Bart. I had some success in showing the map. I spent much time
trying to find the problem. It seems like "CONNECTIONTYPE WMS" parameter
is causing the problem and I don't know why. When I comment it, the map
is displayed! One more question please: why do I see only the first
layer on the map? I have two layers correctly defined, with STATUS ON
but I only see the first one from the map file. This must be something
trivial..
