[Chameleon] nightly builds of chameleon

Dear team

is it possible for you to post a nightly build of chameleon cvs
(i know thats too much to ask for,..you might suggest a better way)
as there are many people like me
especially students in universities where they cannot access cvs due
to proxy/firewall
i am really stuck in here with the packaged version 2.4.1
