Hi Mariette,

Unfortunately you will need to upgrade to Chameleon 2.6 beta 1 in order to
use the feature buffer functionality.

Cheers,

Bill

Subject: [Chameleon] ROIFeatureTool

Greetings,

I am trying to implement the ROIFeatureTool with the buffer functionality.
I am using Chameleon 2.4 RC 1 with the ms4w package 2.2.6.

I have the ROI tools as part of my application and they work but not the
ROIFeatureTool. I get a message saying the Buffer attribute is invalid once
I load the page. I do not get any text box when I press it. I am using
selectlayers and it is associated with a radio button, which works for my
query tool (I query only one layer at a time). To note that I cannot get it
to work on the sample applications either, I press the button and click on
the feature and nothing happens.

My ultimate goal is to buffer a selected feature(point, line or poly), at a
user defined distance and then to use that ROI to query all features it
intersects.

Thank YOu
