[Chameleon] can't Print in 24bit with a transparent scalebar

Hi Maciej,

Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, there was no plan to have this
update fixed for 2.6.  

That being said, if there is someone in the community willing to take a
crack at it, I'm sure we could look at committing the change to the source.

Thanks William. So the bug was fixed almost four years ago. Can
somebody say what are the chances the planned Chameleon 2.6 will be
updated to accomodate the fix?
