[Chameleon] session management error

Greetings:

 

I am running into an inconsistent error where loading the map "freezes".

 

Looking at the error log I'm seeing the following error (followed by a
snowball error list)

 

PHP Warning:  ini_set() [<a
href='function.ini-set'>function.ini-set</a>]: A session is active. You
cannot change the session module's ini settings at this time. in
/chameleon/htdocs/common/session/session.php on line 469, referer:
http://www.lmic.state.mn.us/ghol/Maps.php

 

Again, this is not a repeatable error.    Any help/suggestions much
appreciated.
