[Chameleon] PrintProduction: visible coordinates, empty map

Hi there,

I've the same problem described here 
(http://lists.maptools.org/pipermail/chameleon/2006-May/004018.html), 
but recompiling PHP with the newest GD didn't solve the problem.
Any other idea?
