[Chameleon] Choose layers to display

hi,

I have a mapfile. I want to choose layers to display from this mapfile using
php or javascript. I don't want to create new mapfiles when i choose layers
from my web page, and i can't change STATUS of layers in my mapfile because
it can be used in parallel.
