[Chameleon] Chameleon not returning images

Hi Julien,

No mapserver is supporting TIFF, see below:

/usr/lib/cgi-bin/mapserv -v
MapServer version 5.2.1 OUTPUT=GIF OUTPUT=PNG OUTPUT=JPEG OUTPUT=WBMP 
OUTPUT=PDF OUTPUT=SWF OUTPUT=SVG SUPPORTS=PROJ SUPPORTS=AGG 
SUPPORTS=FREETYPE SUPPORTS=ICONV SUPPORTS=WMS_SERVER SUPPORTS=WFS_CLIENT 
SUPPORTS=GEOS INPUT=TIFF INPUT=EPPL7 INPUT=POSTGIS INPUT=OGR INPUT=GDAL 
INPUT=SHAPEFILE

Well...it should be supporting TIFF but when I comment out the TIFF 
layer in the mapfile, all works.  I'm not sure what is going on there 
but when I convert the TIFF to ECW and modify the mapfile to suit all 
works.  Very strange but at least I have a working app now.  I just need 
to add a bit more functionality and do my own data.
