[Chameleon] query sqlserver layers

I am working with chameleon and sqlserver 2008 express.
the layers are displayed correctly but the function chameleon do not work
with these layers.
Function query throws the error: "variable can not be written".
Can anybody tell me the way to resolve it, thanks

the layer set up
connectiontype plugin
plugin"path;database=xxx;integrated security=false"
data "geom from table"
