[Chameleon] Chameleon Installation

Dear Sir,
I am Arun. I am developing web application like (http://gis.up.nic.in:8080/
srishti/) for land use and land cover mapping. I am implementing Mapserver,
PostgresSQL and Chameleon for mapping interface.

I have installed Mapserver and I am struggling in installing Chameleon,
though I have gone through your help document http://chameleon.maptools.org/
help/viewer.phtml.

Can you kindly help me or suggest any other tutorial for installing
Chameleon?
