tool is active, and I press the "zoom to full extent" button (or "zoom to
selected layers"), I am not able to draw a box again. Instead, it zooms straight
away. Kind of like <A

mozilla-based browsers.</FONT></DIV>

quite confident that it was fixed in 1.99 (from the beginning). Has something
changed that re-introduced this problem? Can someone verify that it's not just
my pc having bad karma? Then I'll file a bug.</FONT></DIV>
