Well, I think there is a balance to be achieved between consolodating software
into packages for simplicity and splitting things to reduce bloat.  For python
that will be your call, but if we start having FGS packages that are less than
1MB then I think they would be candidates for consolodation if there is a logical
way to consolodate.
