[FGS] Shared group account

I've created a user group called "fgs" on the server, which all developers 
will be part of (just Frank and I so far?).  Therefore we could share the 
use of the folder /home/fgs if we want to keep files in a common location.

Any ideas on file organization?  I see you're hard at work already Frank 
:)

I'm keen to start on some pieces too so we should hammer out priorities 
and then I can take some of the tasks.
