[FGS] newbie need applications help

Hi, 

I downloaded fgs from http://www.maptools.org/fgs the demo works fine. 
This is a great package, very easy to install. But I could not find any documentation, 
or tutorial to guide me start my own applications. I am new to MapServer, could any
of you help me?
