[FGS] php_pgsql.module not loaded in php

Hi,
I installed the current fgs version 0.2 incl. postgres/postgis and mysql
packages. When try to open a database connection, e.g. via phpPgAdmin, I get
the error message, that the pgsql module has not been loaded. I have added
the extension=pgsql.so in the php.ini.template and restarted the system, but
get the same message.
When I view the php_info(), I can't see the php-pgsql module..
What do I have to do to enable php to access PgSQL?
