[FGS] MapServer as a WMS server

I recently read on gdal-dev:

If you've built MapServer as a WMS server then it's a simple piece of 
JavaScript to get your MapServer imagery onto GoogleMaps

By default does fgs install MapServer as a WMS server?  If not is there 
a way to change the default installation?
