[FGS] printenv recursion

Folks,

I've modified pkg_def/apache/base.skeleton/www/cgi-bin/printenv to
invoke /usr/bin/printenv instead of just printenv.  I found it was
recursing for me, likely because "." is in my default path.

Let me know if this is an inappropriate fix.
