[FGS] Some modules don't install with self-installer

Norm,

What is the fgs install command that you are using?

You have to explicitly install those modules.

$ fgs install gdal_ecw-module:1.3.2
$ fgs install gdal_python-module:1.3.2
$ fgs install python_mapscript:4.10.2
