[FGS] AGG Package

Folks,

Norm and I agreed today to try and setup an FGS respository offering
recent builds of MapServer 5 from subversion.  I will attempt to setup
nightly builds to refresh the mapserver package so folks can just
"fgs force_install" the latest for testing purposes.

Norm,

One thing we will need I believe will be AGG support in this build.
Would you be willing to work on an AGG package for FGS if I work on
setting up automated builds somewhere?  (likely on the download.osgeo.org
telascience blade)
