[FGS] Some modules don't install with self-installer

Folks,

I have also found I needed a similar fix (for number of arguments)
in pkg_def/base/skeleton/etc/fgs/install.sh.  That is in CVS and I
have updated the bug report.

Also, how am I supposed to create the modules/fgs-base...tar.gz file?
I tried "fgsdev build_pkg base" and that didn't work.  Eventually I
deleted it from the modules directory and reran "fgsdev build_all", killing
the build after the base package was created.
