[FGS] shp2img test failure

Hello All,

I just installed mapserver fgs and tried the following test
unsuccessfully.  Any idea what the problem is? My system is Fedora Core
6.


shp2img -m global.map -o test.png

msDrawMap(): Image handling error
IReadBlock failed at X offset 0, Y offset 0: Unable to access file.
GDALRasterIO() failed: drawGDAL() <br>



I then ran the test below and received the following:


gdalinfo -mm data/day_clouds.tif

ERROR 1: TIFFReadEncodedStrip() failed.
ERROR 1: IReadBlock failed at X offset 0, Y offset 37
ERROR 1: data/day_clouds.tif:JPEG compression support is not configured
