[FGS] Upgrade version of some packages

All,

In the process to create a new fgs release I modified the following 
package version:

  CURL 7.16.4
  PHP version to 5.2.5.
  Python 2.5.2
  MapServer 5.0.2
  Apache 2.2.8
  mysql 5.0.51a with glibc-23


Does someone see any reason or disavantages in doing so?
