[FGS] loading php_mapscript.so

Daniel,

You are 100% correct: when I would execute "fgs stop ; fgs start" I  
would see a message like:

+ Stoping 'apache':
Warning: PHPRC cannot be set
+ Starting 'apache':
Warning: PHPRC cannot be set

That was yesterday.  Today I logged back in and I no longer get those  
warnings and everything works fine.  ?????  Very odd.  (note that the  
warning above might be worded different as I am not 100% sure of the  
exact warning message)

Maybe after upgrading the mapserver module yesterday I should have re- 
run setenv.
