[FGS] Preparation of FGS 1.0.0 version: Developers feedback

Dear Developers,

I completed the FGS version 1.0.0 and noted all changes in bug 1880 on 
http://www.maptools.org/.  I created a new directories structure for 
your approval on the http://dl.maptools.org/dl/fgs/ Web page.  It goes 
like this:

I uploaded the fgs-dev VMWare machine used to build the packages in the 
fgs-dev-vm directory.  The IP to access this virtual machine is 
192.168.17.135 and the computer name is "fgs".  The username is "fgs" 
and the password is "fgs-dev".

I also put all the modules that I have done so far in the modules 
directory.  Especially, there is a 4.10.3 and a 5.0.2 version of 
MapServer package.

Finally I put two self-installers in the self-installers directories, 
one for each version of MapServer.  These self-installers include 
gdal-ecw, python_mapscript.  To have a complete list of included 
packages see the versions files.  I tested these self-installers on 
Debian 4.0, Fedora Core 2 and Ubuntu 7.10.

I'm confident that this new fgs 1.0.0 is working correctly but before I 
post the release announce on the mailing list in the name of the FGS development 
team, I'll appreciate any comments.  If some of you can test one of 
these self-installers in their environment it will be awesome.
