[FGS] FGS 1.0: PHP5 and Postgresql problem

Hi all!

I'm new in this list, but I used fgs last year for a project. I'm very glad
that now PHP5 is included, because I work with Cartoweb3.

Yesterday I installed FGS 1.0, and the installation process was fine, but
when trying to install postgresql:
$ fgs install postgresql-server:8.3.1
http://dl.maptools.org/dl/fgs/releases/1.0/1.0.0/modules/

initdb failed:

...
selecting default shared_buffers/max_fsm_pages ... 400kB/20000
creating configuration files ... ok
creating template1 database in /var/tmp/fgs/apps/pgsql/data/base/1 ...
FATAL:
invalid value for parameter "timezone_abbreviations": "Default"
child process exited with exit code 1
initdb: removing contents of data directory "/var/tmp/fgs/apps/pgsql/data"
...

I've tested in a Debian machine:

$ more /proc/version
Linux version 2.6.8-3-386 (pbuilder at dl360-g3) (gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian
1:3.3.5-13)) #1 Wed Dec 6 00:38:53 UTC 2006

Other problem:
As far as I remember, when fgs had PHP4, its CLI version was in
$FGS_HOME/www/bin/php, but now it isn't. For me (and anyone who uses
Cartoweb3) it is very important, because it is required by Cartoweb when
installing a project. This lack of the CLI version of PHP should also
prevent PEAR to function properly, I guess.

I hope I'm helping a bit with this very useful project.

Thank you all people!!
