Based on the version numbering convention you've switched to that would seem to be the case. Anyway, is there a copy of the development environment for 9.5 available somewhere? We're only able to find it for 1.0/9.1 currently. Will that newer version be successful in linking MrSID support with the version of the SDK now available? 

About version numbering you have to come back to the fgs mailling list 
archive for an explanation.  We decided to use the same version naming 
convention then Ubuntu which will be more meaningful.

There is actually a VM for this 9.5 version that could be made available 
on demand but before I'll test another approach to compile mrsid and let 
you know.
