[FWTools] rgb2pct crashes on windows

I believe the -n command option must be between 2 and 256 (256 is default)

I use rgb2pct to reduce colours number of a TIF.

  rgb2pct.bat -n 256 -of GTiff 0601013_1.tif 06.tif

it is OK

but with

  rgb2pct.bat -n 65535 -of GTiff 0601013_1.tif 06.tif

python crashes. (It do also with  -n 1024)
