[FWTools] can't run openev, fwtools 1.0.5 windows

i also just ran into this with 1.0.5.  MS4W also now includes those same 
Lizardtech dlls, so i'm also worried about ms4w users reporting this 
error.  not fun.

Frank please keep me informed of what u do with this issue, so we can 
apply that to ms4w as well.
