[FWTools] PGeo Driver Broken Again

Latest windows version (FWTools102.exe). I don't think Linux version has 
PGeo driver. PGeo is in the format list, but it does not work properly and 
throws out the error I posted. That's what I meant broken. It was fine in 
FWTools100.exe.
