[FWTools] Python Error -- FWTools 1.0.0 / Windows XP

I downloaded FWTools 1.0.0 today, and installed it on Windows XP.

I'm trying to merge geotiffs, and am getting a Python.exe error.  "The
procedure entry point ?WriteIEEE8 at CNCSJPCIOStream@@UAE_NN at Z could not be
located in the dynamic link library NCSECW.dll."

I'm running it from inside the FWTools Shell.

Anybody else able to get this to work?
